RETURN POLICY

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the products within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery or collection.

Return Procedure

To start a return, please fill out the online form: RETURN FORM. The form must be submitted no later than the 14th calendar day after receiving the package.

Shipping Costs

The return shipping fee is equal to the initial shipping fee paid in your order. If you paid the standard shipping fee of 20 RON, this amount will be deducted from the refund.

Example: Product (100 RON) + Standard Shipping (20 RON) = Refunded amount will be 80 RON.

If your order qualified for free shipping, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Return shipping is free of charge only if the products were sent incorrectly or have manufacturing defects.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can resolve the issue.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Cut or washed materials – all fabrics or materials must be returned in their original, unaltered condition.

  • Gift cards.

Exchanges
To get the item you want faster, return your original item, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

REFUND POLICY

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
