Shipping policy

Order Processing

Deliveries are fulfilled nationwide via our shipping partners, Sameday and Cargus. We ship orders every business day, from Monday to Friday. 

The daily cutoff time for order placement is 11:00 AM.

Orders received before this time are processed and handed over to the courier on the same day. Orders placed after 11:00 AM will be processed on the following business day.

Delivery Timeframes

The estimated transit time is 1 – 2 business days from the date of dispatch. Generally, you will receive your package within 1–3 business days of placing your order.

During peak periods (promotional campaigns or public holidays), delivery may be subject to a 24-48 hour extension due to high logistics volume. We strive to ensure all orders reach our customers as swiftly as possible.

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are fixed based on the selected delivery method:

  • Standard Home Delivery (Sameday / Cargus): 20 RON

  • Locker Delivery (Sameday Easybox): 15 RON

  • Free Shipping: Available for all orders exceeding 300 RON.

Payment Methods We offer secure payment options for a seamless shopping experience:

  • Credit/Debit Card: Secure online payments via Visa or Mastercard.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Payment made directly to the courier or at the locker terminal.
  • Bank Transfer: To TFP Creative SRL (IBAN: RO39INGB0000999917996231, ING Bank). Please note that orders will be dispatched upon confirmation of the funds in our account.
